From the very first smile that gleams over an infant’s cheek, our opportunity as parents, teachers, and mentors begin. We are in the process of cultivating gems. We have an inestimable privilege and a solemn responsibility to recognize children’s strengths and inclinations and look for healthy, age appropriate ways for them to express their talents. We have always seized every opportunity to provide encouragement, as we truly adhere to the conviction that, encouragement is oxygen to the soul. We care to distinguish different children’s dreams and endeavor to bring out the best in the children through consistent praise and positive reward, never allowing their performance to become a measure of their true worth. We provide opportunities and the stand back and enjoy!
